Of course this takes effort and focus, but whenever you feel an onset of panic, quickly switch your thoughts to happy or funny incidents and try to recall how it felt back then. Picture yourself in the situation and just laugh it out. Eventually you will feel that panic slowly subside</p>

However, these are just short-term measures, and does not eliminate the REAL reason why you are having a panic attack. Often the real reason why you are having a panic attack can be rooted out and eliminated, if you know how.</p>
